They actually do field works, meet and learn from experienced people, and offer valuable services to communities and charitable organizations. We simply move the learning from classrooms to the field through organized well-planned engagement program to expose the youth to the real world. Accordingly, the outcome of the program can be summarized as follows:

1. Students learn about their own characters, feelings, motives, desires, mission, vision and the legacy they are going to leave behind them.
2. Students taking responsibility of their own behaviors and well-being, thus using their resources including their time and energy wisely, effectively and channel them to achieve their purpose in life.
3. Students become aware of others’ feelings, needs, and concerns. Students learn to anticipate and recognize other people needs and empathize with them.
